At Beige Sample, we recognize the importance of customer satisfaction. We will gladly accept a return within 14 days of purchase for a store credit. We do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect sizing. Please note, Final Sale items are excluded from the return policy.
Please contact beigesample@gmail.com to process your return via email. Please ensure your return meets the below requirements:
- The item is unworn and in its original condition, with all tags still attached
- The item has the returns ribbons still secured (only applicable on selected styles)
- The item has absolutely no marks or stains (including makeup and spray tans)
- The item has hygiene stickers still in place (Bodysuits, Swimwear and Undergarments)
- Earrings and Underwear Accessories cannot be returned for hygiene reasons
- A receipt and proof of purchase is available.
Beige Sample reserves the right to reject returns beyond the return period limit, or items which are not in the original condition in which they were received. If this is the case, the package will be simply returned back to the customer and any shipping costs involved will not be covered by Beige Sample.
